This role sits at the heart of the hotel’s guest experience. As Breakfast Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead the delivery of a high-quality breakfast operation, setting the tone for the guest journey each day. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll supervise a significant part of the hotel’s F&B offering, balancing hands‑on service leadership with the operational standards that underpin great performance.

The opportunity
You’ll take ownership for day‑to‑day breakfast service, leading and motivating the team, ensuring brand standards are consistently met, and creating an environment where both guests and colleagues start their day on a positive note. From rota planning and stock control to service flow and quality, you’ll be trusted to run a well‑organised, guest‑focused operation.
You’ll also play an active role in recruitment, training and development, supporting team members to build confidence, capability and pride in their work. Beyond service, you’ll contribute to menu execution, health and safety compliance, inventory management and cost awareness, working in partnership with your manager to drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the floor and understands what great breakfast service looks and feels like. You’ll already have experience working in a food and beverage environment, with a strong grasp of service standards and best practice.
You’ll be naturally people-oriented — confident supervising others, clear in your communication and organised in your approach. Above all, you’ll take pride in delivering a consistently strong guest experience while living our brand values every day.
