Marketing Coordinator (6-months)
1. Hybrid Role- work from our Head office in Hampton East + work from home
2. Permanent Part time role- 3 days per week
Are you a creative and motivated marketer with a couple of years’ experience?
Join Arcare Aged Care as our new Marketing Coordinator on a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent. This is a hands-on role across digital, brand, design, and internal communications. Role is equivalent to 3 days a week but hours can be adjusted to school hours.
What you’ll do
3. Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies aligned with our vision and goals.
4. Manage projects across social media, website, SEO, and digital campaigns.
5. Stay up to date (and excited) about the latest tools and technologies, including AI-powered marketing.
6. Create content, update the website, and track campaign performance.
7. Design engaging collateral using Canva and Adobe Suite.
8. Support internal communications and EVP initiatives, helping build a great employee experience.
What we’re looking for
9. 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
10. Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.
11. Familiarity with Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ideally some AI-powered marketing tools.
12. Skilled in Canva (essential), with bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication.
14. Confident with Microsoft Office Suite.
15. A natural multi-tasker who can juggle projects and collaborate across teams.
Bonus points for
16. Basic web editing (WordPress).
17. SEO/content writing experience.
18. Graphic design or video editing know-how.
19. Knowledge of the aged care field.
