Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our passionate, professional, and dedicated team in Oncology. This is a permanent position covering Monday - Friday on a full time contract, offering the chance to play a key role in creating a positive and seamless journey for all patients within our service. The work is fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging but incredibly rewarding. As a vital member of our team, you'll help coordinate the patient pathway, ensuring patients receive the best care and support at every stage of their journey. Person Specification Knowledge Essential Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general Thorough knowledge of healthcare or other administrative systems and processes Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets i.e. PAS, Excel or similar applications Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems Confidentiality and Data Protection Health and Safety Equality and diversity Desirable Sound office clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems - As applicable to speciality Qualifications Essential Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above or equivalent qualification / experience.
