* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across Caregiver and functional support roles.
* Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
* Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms and explore innovative ways to reach candidates.
* Support with interviews, telescreens & netwroking for example community job fairs.
* Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with CQC and safer recruitment requirements.
* Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report on recruitment activity.
* Collaborate with Marketing to boost employer brand visibility online and offline.
* Support onboarding, ensuring new hires are compliant and ready to start.
* Auditing personnel files

We are looking for a confident, people-focused recruitment professional with experience managing or mentoring a team. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy working collaboratively to find solutions.
You Will Have
* Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
* Team management or supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
* A values-driven approach, ensuring candidates are the right cultural fit as well as skilled for the role.
