Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Fostering Recruitment & Assessment Team within Southend City Council. Key Responsibilities: * Provide an efficient, cost-effective assessment, intervention, and therapeutic service to young people and their families. * Ensure the needs of children and parents/carers are professionally assessed and appropriately addressed. * Manage cases of high complexity and sensitivity, providing specialist advice, consultation, and support to colleagues. * Gather, evaluate, and analyse information to produce clear, evidence-based assessments and action plans. * Work holistically with individuals, considering their educational, social, health, and recreational needs. * Ensure all case management complies with statutory requirements, council policies, and procedural standards. Working Pattern: * Hybrid working model - minimum 2-3 days per week on site. * Team meetings every other week. * Office-based duty approximately 3 days per month.
