About the Role
* Support pupils through small‑group and 1:1 intervention sessions
* Help close gaps in literacy and numeracy across KS1/KS2
* Provide patient, nurturing guidance to learners with a range of needs
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create a positive learning experience
