Stock & Returns Administrator
Woking – Must drive due to location
£30,000 - £35,000pa
My client is seeking a detail-oriented Stock & Returns Administrator to manage inventory accuracy and oversee the end-to-end returns process.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Customer Care, Operations, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Finance, to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate stock records across systems and warehouse reports
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
* Conduct regular reconciliations and stock counts with fulfilment partners
* Support inventory reporting, stock adjustments, and month-end processes
* Manage the operational returns process, ensuring accurate inspection and timely restocking
* Monitor return volumes, reasons, and performance, identifying improvements
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
* Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative approach with strong organisational skills
* Experience in ecommerce or retail environments
* Familiarity with inventory/WMS/ERP systems
