Job Description
As a Senior Planner, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a diverse range of projects in both England and Scotland. From small-scale developments to large-scale strategic initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across various sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting professional work for clients and meeting reporting requirements within agreed deadlines.
* Ensuring compliance with Colliers' Best Practice standards.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the UK, including travel for site visits and meetings.
* Assisting junior staff members with their professional development.
* Developing and maintaining client relationships to contribute to the team's fee income targets.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and business development efforts.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organization and time management abilities.
* Sound knowledge and experience of English and Scottish planning systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications and membership in professional planning or surveying bodies.
* A valid driving license or the process of obtaining one.
