This position involves planning and maintaining pilot and cabin crew training rosters, developing training manuals, generating statistics, and managing the AIMs system training module.
Ideal candidates will have approximately two years of experience in planning or operational delivery, strong teamwork and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in the AIMS Crew Tracking system or similar tools. Knowledge of EASA FTL and crew compliance regulations is essential.
