Essential and desirable
Essential criteria
1. RN/RSCN/RM
2. Post registration qualification in Neonatology or equivalent
3. Able to work under pressure and support and reassure parents/carers
Desirable criteria
4. Current NLS certificate
5. Experience as Band 6 Neonatal Nurse an evidence of clinical expertise relevent to the area
6. Insight into managerial issues in relation to people and resources
Essential / Desirable
Essential criteria
7. Commitment to Neonatal Nursing and professional development of nurses
8. Post registration qualification in mentoring/ ENB 998/997
9. Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Desirable criteria
10. Experience of audit and research
11. Leadership course/qualification or experience
12. Computer Literacy
