Your new roleThis is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:
* Business partnering with M&A team on new acquisitions.
* Setting budgets for newly acquired acquisitions
* Business partnering with the finance functions of newly acquired businesses.
* Integration of acquisitions from a reporting perspective - UK GAAP and US GAAP
* Process improvements to allow for scalable growth
What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in a similar role with insurance sector knowledge desirable. You will need to be hands-on with a strong financial reporting background.
