An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to take up the post of Team Lead for Community Nursing on the beautiful Inner Hebrides of Mull, Colonsay, Tiree, and Coll. The role involves providing Clinical Leadership and Operational day-to-day management for the district nursing team.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide professional and strategic leadership. The post holder will influence and drive forward Community Nursing to achieve patient-centered outcomes. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with in-depth knowledge of Community Nursing, criteria, processes, and NHSH policies. They should also be capable of supporting the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the integrated team/services, influencing quality and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
This is a demanding, specialised role requiring high levels of professional skills to work efficiently and effectively.
The post-holder will work flexibly in terms of location to develop and support other areas of team working within the Community Nursing service. Flexible working patterns will be considered, and the base is negotiable. Consideration will be given to the right candidate being Mainland based.
The post holder must be a first-level Registered General Nurse with a relevant specialist District nursing qualification.
