The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of
privately funded family matters
, advising high-net-worth and mid-market clients on complex cases. You'll work alongside respected family law specialists in a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages progression and autonomy
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse caseload of
divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
* Advising on
cohabitation, pre-/post-nuptial agreements, and separation issues
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Contributing to business development and mentoring junior team members
About You:
* 5+ years PQE
(Solicitor or CILEX) with solid experience in
private family law
* Proven track record in handling complex financial and children matters
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
* Strong commercial awareness with a proactive and professional approach
* Team player who values collaboration and integrity
