We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of beauty treatments and services, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and confident.
Responsibilities
* Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, laser hair removal, injections (preferred).
* Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
* Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
* Proficient in makeup application techniques with a keen eye for detail.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
* Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or aesthetics from an accredited institution.
