We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client's growing team. This is a varied position requiring you to think fast on your feet and have the capability to prioritise your workload, with no two days the same.
You will offer end-to-end order management support; processing complex orders, liaising with logistic partners and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: up to £35k DOE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Key responsibilities include:
Process incoming orders with precision, ensuring information and specifications are 100% accurate.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries regarding general enquiries, order status, and shipping.
Work closely with logistics providers ensuring all tracking and relevant information is recorded.
Maintain the database with accurate and up to date information.
Support with invoicing and POs, as and when required.
What we are looking for:
Previous Order Processing/Sales Admin experience is a must
Tech savvy- proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Proactive and detail oriented
Confident communicator with internal and external contacts
