Location: Woodthorpe Warehouse, Strubby Airfield, Alford LN13 0LW, UK
Full Time – 37.5 Hours Per Week – Monday to Friday
We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant who provides vital administrative support in a warehouse setting, focusing on processing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records via a Warehouse Management System and coordinating with internal and external parties for efficient shipment and delivery.
Knowledge and Skills

* Invoicing systems
* Flexible and trustworthy
* Alphabetically and numerically literate
Duties Include
* Effective communication with all internal & external stakeholders
* Answering phone calls and calling customers to book in deliveries
* Efficiently & effectively resolving internal & external customer queries
* Assisting Warehouse Team checking & booking in deliveries of stock by inputting data using our internal systems and Microsoft Excel
* Supporting the start to end process of raising & dispatching orders
* Ensuring stock movements are administered efficiently and accurately
* Assisting with internal stocktakes
* Raising & filing of health and safety and training records
* Placing orders with suppliers
