Interim HR Advisor 9-month FTC Swindon (2 days / week) £45,000 + Excellent benefits and flexible working Our Ref: ADW00590 Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this rapidly growing organisation based in Swindon, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on an initial 9-month FTC (with likelihood of extension) to cover day to day HR, whilst they undergo an exciting transformation and HRIS implementation. You'll deliver seamless support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contractual changes to employee relations, benefits, and offboarding - working closely with managers, HRBPs and the wider team to ensure a smooth service, while also helping to drive improvements and efficiencies within HR operations. Key responsibilities Ensure HR processes and company policies are up to date and running smoothly. Support managers with employee relations issues and assist HR Business Partners with more complex cases. Have a good understanding of pay, benefits, and reward packages. Assist with Benefit reviews and the enrolment process. Implement changes from the Employment Rights Bill where needed Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and effective. Manage relationship and SLA monitoring with current HR system provider. Deliver regulatory and legal updates in line with compliance requirements Work with recruitment to ensure new starters have a smooth onboarding experience. Manage employee data and MI across onboarding, contract changes, and leavers. Support wider HR projects and initiatives when needed. What we're looking for: Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified, or a strong HR generalist, with solid operational experience. Good understanding of UK employment law and HR systems. Experience managing complex employee relations casework. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Payroll knowledge desirable. We need someone able bring their expert knowledge to this market leader! You will be adept at building strong relationships, professional and innovative in your approach, highly effective working in a fast paced, pressured environment and N.B.
