You will join on a Full-time, permanent basis (35 hours per week).
Reporting to the Commercial Events & Lets Manager, we are seeking an experienced, organized, and highly motivated individual to manage end-to-end events, liaising directly with clients and being present on event days. This is a great opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and passion for events.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Commercial Lets Events Manager with sales, development, and management of the commercial lets business.
* Provide logistical and marketing support for events.
* Coordinate events operationally as the main contact for external clients, from quotations to on-site management and invoicing.
* Conduct client site visits for various events.
* Respond to customer inquiries related to sales.
Person Specification
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience in events management and organization.
* Knowledge of events booking systems.
* Experience in venue sales, including conference and banqueting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
* Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
* Experience using CRS systems (preferably KX).
