Senior Account Executive – Life Sciences

Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth for one of our most strategic verticals. This is a high‑impact role for a commercially astute, consultative seller who thrives in complex environments and wants to take full ownership of enterprise sales cycles—from strategy through to close. You’ll work with innovative R&D‑driven organisations worldwide in a market growing at 20% YoY. Our platform is trusted by leading global pharma, fast‑scaling biotech and R&D‑led enterprises. The role involves engaging senior stakeholders across R&D, IP and the C‑suite to drive commercial impact.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Drive net‑new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs
* Own the full end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through discovery, negotiation and close
* Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customers into new buying centres where relevant
* Build and convert a strong pipeline, with accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting
* Run a multi‑channel sales process across phone, Microsoft Teams and face‑to‑face meetings as needed
* Develop strong product and market expertise within the IP services and software space
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, GTM and Marketing to support go‑to‑market activity and share customer insights


What We’d Love From You

* 3+ years of solution selling experience in a 360‑degree sales environment with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach—from cold calling to pipeline building and engaging prospects
* Must have a Life Sciences background, either through education or hands‑on sales experience
* Strong communication, persuasive presentation and leadership presence to influence decision makers
* Successfully engaged senior stakeholders and navigated complex sales cycles
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in Innovation/IP solutions or speak an additional language
* Highly motivated, hungry to grow and excited by complex sales to make real impact in Life Sciences

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays mandatory) or fully in office.
