We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team player to join us in a varied office role supporting our payments, fitting, and marketing teams.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be working across different areas of the business, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and providing vital support to ensure things run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound calls from customers and suppliers
* Making outbound calls regarding payments, bookings, and follow-ups
* Assisting with scheduling and coordination of fitting appointments
* Supporting the payments team with queries and administration
* Helping the marketing team with customer communications and campaigns
* General office administration and data entry
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
About You
