You’ll be able to research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues on client and internal platforms, including server maintenance and storage technologies via an internal ticketing system. Duties:
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
• Build, deploy, and maintain servers and complex platforms.
• Hardware installs and cable management
• Dealing with IT support calls and handling tickets
• An ability to create virtual machines
• Installing servers, firewalls and software
• Windows/Linux installs, configuration, and administration
