HR Advisor Hours: 25-30 hours per week. Location: Rennie House, Tring with some travel between all Rennie Grove Peace locations required to meet business needs. Salary: £32,773 per annum (pro rata). We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy People team who is skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll have proven experience as an HR Advisor and be CIPD qualified Level 5 or qualified by experience, proficient with HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite and be confident advising managers of all levels in the practical application of UK employment law. This is a generalist role where you’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR activities and you will contribute to a team who are committed to improving processes, systems and ways of working. You will work as part of the People Team which includes HR, Volunteering, Learning and Colleague Engagement.
