Digital Account Manager – Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Digital Account Manager to join our fast-growing digital agency in Milton Keynes.
You’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, managing their digital campaigns from strategy to execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creativity with data, thrives on delivering results, and enjoys building strong, long-term client relationships.
As part of our collaborative team, you’ll work across Paid Media, SEO, Social, and Web projects — ensuring every campaign exceeds expectations and delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for your clients, nurturing relationships built on trust and performance.
* Develop and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with each client’s goals and KPIs.
* Oversee campaign activity across channels including PPC, Paid Social, Display, and SEO.
* Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated campaigns that drive tangible results.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and present actionable insights to clients.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Identify opportunities for account growth, optimisation, and innovation.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and platform developments to keep clients ahead of the curve.
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in a digital agency, managing client accounts and campaigns.
* Strong understanding of core digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO).
* Excellent client management and communication skills — confident presenting to stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a performance story.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a genuine passion for digital marketing.
