The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

* Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions
* Lease extensions and title issues
* Advising clients from instruction through to completion
