The role will involve setting machines accurately right first time, carrying out self-inspection to maintain quality standards, and working in line with Standard Operating Procedures. You'll also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques. Alongside this, you'll support apprentices within the team and carry out other tasks in line with your skills and experience where needed. CNC Machinist - Milling Essential Skills Proven CNC machining experience Ability to programme using Fanuc Experience setting and operating CNC milling machinery Strong understanding of Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 compliance Understanding of 5S methodology Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and timekeeping Positive, team-focused approach Self-motivated and proactive attitude Flexible and open to change Committed to continuous improvement To Be Considered Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via.
