EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to be based in Marsden Heights, Nelson, BB9 0PR. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £21,.00 and benefits package.
Shift times
Rotational shift pattern of 05.30-13.30 and 11.00-19.00
What will you deliver?
Responsible for the day to day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard. Assist the Area Supervisor in meeting the requirements of the Project Agreement.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

Who are we looking for?
9. Experience of providing general cleaning and security duties and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems
10. Experience of supervising the work of others
11. Possess good communication and customer care skills
12. Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety principles
Able to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
