Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, along with the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating innovative design solutions, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties
* Develop interior design concepts that meet client specifications and enhance functionality.
* Utilise software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D to create detailed design plans and visualisations.
* Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals in the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately.
* Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
* Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.
* Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
* A solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
* A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not essential for candidates with significant experience.
