Sales Manager – Access Control / Security Systems (New Business)
Remote – UK
A global provider of digital access and locking solutions is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the UK market.
Operating in over 55 countries, the company delivers secure, low-maintenance access technology used across residential portfolios, commercial environments, public sector estates and critical infrastructure.
This role focuses on converting organisations from traditional mechanical systems to digital access solutions, working directly with end customers and developing strategic partner relationships.

This role is suited to candidates with experience selling access control, physical security systems, locking solutions, or comparable technical building products.
Applications without relevant sector or similar technical sales experience are unlikely to be considered.
The Role
* This is a new business focused position responsible for building market demand and securing large project opportunities.
* You will work directly with end customers while also developing a network of installers and partners across the region.
* The role suits someone comfortable operating autonomously and managing long, consultative sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities with end customers across property, infrastructure and public sector markets
* Convert organisations from mechanical locking systems to digital access solutions
* Develop and manage a focused list of strategic target customers
* Identify and onboard specialist partners and installers
* Deliver product demonstrations and manage opportunities through to close
* Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
* Maintain pipeline reporting within CRM and collaborate with international teams
Required Background (Essential)
* Experience selling access control, security systems, locking hardware, or related technical building solutions
* Proven track record in new business B2B sales
* Experience managing complex, project-led sales cycles
* Comfortable selling to sectors such as real estate, utilities, telecoms, infrastructure or public sector organisations
* Ability to understand and present technical solutions
Package
* £60,000 base salary
* £51,000 OTE (uncapped)
* £5,000 car allowance
