Your new role
As Head of Technical, you will lead the technical function across the site, ensuringpliance with food safety standards and driving quality performance. You’ll manage a team covering Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and NPD, oversee audits, and implement best practices. This role also involves strategic leadership—developing technical plans, supporting new product launches, and collaborating with operations to deliver efficiency and innovation.

2. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and regulatorypliance.
