22nd May, 2026 We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and resilient Support Workers to join a supported housing team. You will work with vulnerable adults including individuals experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, young people and victims of domestic abuse. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs Support residents with independent living skills, budgeting, appointments, and daily routines Build positive professional relationships and promote engagement with support services Carry out support plans, risk assessments, and wellbeing checks Encourage residents to achieve personal goals and maintain tenancy agreements Work collaboratively with external agencies including mental health services, probation, social services, and substance misuse teams Maintain accurate records and case notes Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times About You Experience working in supported accommodation services, providing support to vulnerable adults or young people is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Basic IT and report writing skills A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve positive outcomes Holds an enhanced DBS and a UK driving licence with access to a car.
