Customer Service| Account Manager We’re working with a friendly, growing business in Normanton, Wakefield, looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a sales, retail or customer-centric background who enjoys speaking to customers, converting enquiries into orders, and delivering an excellent experience from start to finish. As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, handling inbound enquiries and making proactive outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities. This is a fast-paced, office-based role suited to someone chatty, personable and commercially aware, who enjoys building relationships and working towards targets as part of a supportive team.
