Day-to-day of the role:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, and remortgages.
* Assisting with property-related transactions and commercial leases.
* Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to conveyancing.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
* Utilising technology to manage cases efficiently and communicate effectively with clients across Scotland.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically within residential conveyancing.
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
