Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our expanding team in the UK. This role is vital in helping us achieve our mission of providing top-tier building services and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The position is based in Cheshire.
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and setting up work areas.
* Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision.
* Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
* Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Assist in training junior team members when needed.
Qualifications * Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role within the construction industry.
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and masonry techniques.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Preferred: experience with roofing or carpentry is advantageous.
* Welding skills are not required but can be considered a bonus.
