Job Title: Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Chartered Valuation Surveyor

The Opportunity
As part of their continued expansion, my client is seeking an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, delivering residential valuations for standing stock, development and HMOs for loan security purposes.
You will be responsible for:
1. Conducting property inspections and producing RICS-compliant valuation reports.
2. Supporting landlord & tenant matters including rent reviews and lease renewals.
3. Providing high-level advisory services to a diverse client base.
4. Identifying opportunities for business growth and supporting client development.
5. Conducting market research to inform valuations and client advice.
6. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated services.
7. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional development.
What We're Looking For
8. RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer status.
9. Experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations.
10. Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
11. Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
12. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
13. Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player.
14. Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
