Personal Assistant (PA)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a well-established construction business, who are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) on a permanent basis to support senior leadership.
This is a key and trusted role within the business, acting as the right hand to senior management and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day priorities. The position is offered on a part-time basis with flexibility to suit the right candidate, making it ideal for someone looking for a better work-life balance while still taking on a responsible and varied role.
🔹 The Role
You will provide dedicated PA support to senior leadership, taking ownership of diary management, meeting coordination, inbox management, travel arrangements, and wider administrative support.
You will be expected to anticipate needs where possible, manage changing priorities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. A key part of the role will involve liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders at a senior level.
This is a varied and fast-moving position where you will be trusted with responsibility and given autonomy in how you manage your workload.
🔹 About You
My client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant who has previously supported senior leadership in a busy environment.
You will be highly organised, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
Previous experience in a PA or EA role is essential. Experience within a fast-paced business environment would be highly beneficial.
