HEAD CHEF IN LINA STORES As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a busy, high-performing kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and authentic Italian food standards at all times. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision, rotas, and training Food Quality & Standards: Deliver consistently high-quality Italian dishes, ensuring presentation and taste meet company standards Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop chefs and kitchen staff Stock Control & Cost Management: Manage food costs, stock levels, and reduce waste Menu Collaboration: Work with senior management and development kitchen (Lina Cucina) on menus and specials Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain high standards in line with UK food safety regulations.
