About the Role
As a Technical Services Representative, you will play a key role in the front-end development of new and existing projects. Working closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams, you’ll ensure jobs are specified to their optimum process, from artwork through to press.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and collaborating with different teams to deliver the best possible results.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding label specifications, design, print, costing, and timings
* Review new artworks and create print specifications
* Raise and manage CMS, studio orders, and tooling for new projects
* Prepare costings, estimates, and create pricing models
* Attend print production meetings, proofing sessions, and press approvals (on-site or on behalf of customers)
* Maintain customer sequences and process regular artwork updates
* Actively seek process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
* Support company quality, hygiene, and environmental standards (BS EN ISO 9001 & PS 9000)
About You
* Experience in a similar role within a label printing or FMCG environment
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Confident communicator, able to work with customers and internal teams at all levels
* Knowledge of reprographics, print processes, and technical specifications
* IT literate with excellent attention to detail
