The Role:
* Advising and representing clients across a variety of commercial litigation matters
* Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
* Managing a varied caseload under supervision, with increasing autonomy
* Working closely with senior team members on complex disputes
* Supporting strategic planning and resolution of contentious issues
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor in Scotland, ideally with 0-3 years PQE
* Strong academic background and demonstrable litigation experience (including traineeship exposure if NQ)
* Commercial awareness and excellent client-handling skills
* A team-oriented mindset with ambition and a desire to grow professionally
