📋 QESH Administrator

With consistent year-on-year growth, they are expanding globally. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator to join their Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) team. You'll play a vital role in supporting compliance, safety standards, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment where personal development is prioritised.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Support the QESH team: Provide comprehensive administrative support ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements.
* Manage compliance and training: Maintain company compliance accreditations and create/update training courses within the LMS platform, keeping content current with regulations.
* Facilitate safety and inductions: Support new starter inductions and complete DSE assessments for office and remote workers, identifying potential risks.
* Coordinate audits and reporting: Support internal audits across departments, format professional audit reports, and produce clear data analysis reports for management.
* Oversee safety systems: Maintain the internal passport system, coordinate PPE distribution and inventory, and assist with policy development and insurance coordination.
🧠 What We're Looking For:
* Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Technical proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Independent working ability - work with limited supervision using your own initiative to solve problems and prioritise tasks.
* Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
* Full UK driving licence for travel to various sites.
* Key attributes: Strong time management, persistence, problem-solving ability, and confidence.
