Role : Lead Engineer
Salary range : 90-100k
UK / EU remote or central London office for those that wish to go in (optional!)
Current team size : x9 Engineers, Engineering Manager & CTO
Fintech startup in the pensions space, looking to hire a Lead Engineer.
Responsibilities
* Full Stack hands on (React / Node / TS)
* Product mindset
* Managing 2-4 engineers
* Accountable for project delivery (scoping, planning, system design etc)
