Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) NASENCo qualification Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, particularly SEMH and ASD Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and support whole-school SEND strategy Excellent understanding of SEND legislation, EHCPs, and inclusive teaching practice What the School Offers:
