A Practice Manager/Qualified (ACA/ACCA) is being recruited for a small boutique Chartered Accountancy firm in the Ringwood area. The firm has a portfolio of quality clients both in the local area and London, and this role offers a great opportunity to have some equity in the firm.
Role Overview
As Practice Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director but manage your own portfolio of clients, including audit, compliance, and advisory services. You will also oversee trainees and a bookkeeper.
Candidate Requirements
1. ACA/ACCA qualification with at least 2-3 years post-qualified experience.
2. Strong technical ability with recent audit skills.
3. Excellent client-facing skills, as client service is paramount.
4. Good IT skills, including knowledge of Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
