This well-established name within the asbestos industry is currently looking to recruit a hard-working and experienced Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Oxford area. Applications from Banbury, Newbury, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience
* Must have attained the P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
* Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
* Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.
* Be well versed with asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
Key Tasks
* Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties, including commercial and industrial.
* Overseeing asbestos contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
* Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.
* Building and maintaining a good relationship with a large portfolio of clients.
