Position: Key Stage 2 Class Teacher
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £3,500 - £4,500 per month
Veritas Education are delighted to be working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Croydon, South London, to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This OFSTED-rated 'Good' school is well-regarded for its inclusive ethos, engaging curriculum, and strong commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential both academically and personally. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering high-quality, inspiring lessons that nurture curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who enjoys creating stimulating lessons, building meaningful relationships with pupils and families, and contributing positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal KS2 Teacher Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (desirable, but ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework
Creativity and adaptability in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Excellent classroom management with a supportive, inclusive approach
Main Responsibilities Include:
Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to inform effective teaching
Supporting pupils' individual learning needs and promoting wellbeing
