Job Details Company Job Details This is an exciting time to join Dudley Care Experienced Team, we are expanding our team due to internal promotions. We are looking for 3 Personal Advisors on a 12 month fixed term contract. We are looking for 3 dynamic individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of care experienced young people from Dudley. You will need to have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to work alongside partners and colleagues to overcome any challenges faced. Previous experience of managing a caseload and working directly with young people who may be vulnerable as a result of their early childhood experiences is essential. You will need to be able to guide and encourage young people to overcome the challenges faced to achieve their aspirations, supporting them to develop the independence skills that they will need to live successfully within their local communities. Most importantly you will need to be young person focused, relational and restorative in your approach, desiring the best outcomes for all young people you support.
