What You'll Do
* Represent leading brands in face-to-face campaigns
* Generate leads, present offers, and negotiate with customers
* Help build and manage small campaign teams as you progress
* Analyse campaign performance and improve customer engagement
* Attend marketing events and support outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A self-starter who’s goal-driven and coachable
* Ambition to grow into leadership or management roles
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
