Litigation Legal Secretary£25kLeeds City CentreA boutique commercial law firm in central Leeds is seeking a highly organised and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary for a new full time permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide full legal secretarial support to a Senior Partner within the litigation department.Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Partner
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, audio/copy typing, handling correspondence etc
* Preparing and amending legal documents and bundles
* Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally
* Filing, photocopying, and document management
* Liaising with courts and third parties
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within litigation
* Strong audio and copy typing skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* A team player with a professional and positive attitude
