Your new role
As Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing hygiene operations across the site, ensuring that all cleaning procedures meet regulatory and internal standards. You’ll manage a team of hygiene operatives, coordinate schedules, and work closely with production and technical teams to maintain a safe andpliant working environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning supervisory role within a food production environment. A strong understanding of food safety standards, COSHH, and cleaning protocols is essential, along with good leadership andmunication skills.
