Your Role
As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be at the forefront of bringing the LUCA FALONI brand to life. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of visual merchandising across all our stores worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores are cohesive, inviting, and aligned with our brand values, especially as we expand with new store openings in iconic cities across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end process of creating a global visual merchandising strategy that enhances the LUCA FALONI in-store experience.
* Create and implement clear, innovative visual merchandising guidelines that serve as a blueprint for store teams to deliver a cohesive and elevated brand experience worldwide
* Establish and maintain consistent communication channels with store teams to ensure proper execution of weekly VM guidelines and standards.
* Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for store staff to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to implement VM standards effectively.
* Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Monitor expenses, track project costs, and ensure all initiatives are delivered within budget and on schedule.
* Collaborate with our retail and design teams and to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising for new store launches. Hands-on approach required.
* Design with precision: Utilise your expertise in Adobe Suite to design compelling visuals and layouts that elevate the customer journey.
* Work closely with brand, retail, and product teams to align in-store displays with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand narratives.
* Regularly visit our stores worldwide to ensure consistency, refine visual displays, and stay attuned to local market trends.
* Use data-driven insights to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising strategies and optimise for continuous improvement.
About You

* A deep understanding of the luxury fashion retail space, with a keen ability to create an elevated and distinctive in-store experience.
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create impactful and visually stunning designs.
* Experience leading visual merchandising across multiple regions, with the ability to adapt strategies to different markets.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to inspire teams, align cross-functional departments, and execute your vision seamlessly.
* Meticulous and organised, with the ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Budget Management: Proven experience managing and optimising budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation while delivering high-quality results.
