Due to our continued expansion and rapidly growing client portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Paid Search Executive to join our growing PPC team based in either Manchester, Newcastle or Stockton.

As a Senior Paid Search Executive, you will be managing Paid Search across a range of clients and your focus will be producing work to the highest of standards through day to day management of your accounts. By applying the Visualsoft Best Practice to Paid Search, you will deliver continued improvement in your client's results. You will understand the market and push innovation and insight across your client base.
Paid Search Execution
1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Paid Search; independently carrying out the day to day optimisation and maximisation including Briefs, Design, implementation, reporting and strategies
2. Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis. Check data to ensure accuracy at every stage
3. Understand trends in results data, providing commentary and actions. Investigate variances in results, providing the ‘Why’ and potential remedies
4. Continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaigns goals & KPI’s
5. Understand the importance of forecasting potential delivery & meeting KPI’s for all clients
Communication
6. Work closely with all clients within your portfolio to fully understand their business, goals and objectives by immersing yourself in their business
7. Respond to briefs on time and to specification
8. Support the paid search contribution to client meetings
9. Respond to client / AM calls and emails within set time scales
10. Attend telephone calls and in-person client meetings, supporting the Account Director when required.
11. Maintain strong relationships with all relevant Teams, being their trusted search advisor
12. Build strong relationships with suppliers at the appropriate level
13. Share good work, insight and industry developments with the wider PPC team

14. Ensure we are delivering the best for our clients by ensuring all accounts adhere to Visualsoft best practice
15. Ensure we share the correct level of insights with client’s through regular contact
16. Ensure we lean on suppliers where necessary in order to ensure we are trialling all new features as soon as possible, therefore keeping clients at the forefront of Paid Search
Requirements
Essential
17. Proven experience in a digital marketing or PPC role, either in an agency or client side
18. A working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement.
19. Experience in building and executing digital strategies, whether in-house or for clients
20. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
21. High attention to detail and accuracy
22. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
23. Strong workload management and prioritisation skills

24. Experience in ecommerce
25. Experience in other digital media channels

28. Google Tag Manager
29. Experience in writing data driven reports
30. Experience in creating and delivering presentations
31. Knowledge of wider digital marketing landscape including other marketing channels, platforms, tools and emerging industry trends
